Leanne Dummer

Leanne Dummer currently serves as the Quality Manager at Gecko Robotics since October 2025. Previously, Leanne was the Director of Operations at Astrobotic from October 2022 to November 2025. Before that, Leanne held multiple roles at Progeny Systems, including Group Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, from December 2017 to October 2022. Leanne's experience at Spectra Logic spanned over 13 years, where titles included Director of Quality, Process and Data Analyst, Director of Manufacturing, and Quality/Sustaining Engineering Manager. Earlier in the career, Leanne worked as a Project Manager at McMynn Enterprises and as the Director of Quality at Picosecond Pulse Labs. Additionally, Leanne served as a Lead Auditor at TUV Management Service from May 1995 to December 1999. Leanne Dummer earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1991 and 1995.
