GeckoAi embeds AI into project delivery and business workflows for built environment firms.

Founded by a civil engineer and talent leader with decades inside infrastructure and consulting businesses, we eliminate admin friction, protect margin, and expose risk earlier.

By operators who've lived it. For operators still living it.

76% of construction leaders are increasing AI investment in 2025. The question isn't whether AI will transform your business, it's whether you'll lead or follow.

Built by Operators, Not Vendors
GeckoAi was founded by Damien Pares (civil engineer) and Neal McClelland (talent leader) after decades inside infrastructure, engineering and consulting businesses. We've lived the problems we solve: admin friction, resource coordination, commercial risk exposure.

We embed AI into existing workflows. No rip-and-replace. No endless pilots.

Our Approach
Your AI journey isn't one-size-fits-all. We meet you where you are:

+ Know what you need? Jump straight to Solution Accelerator—build and deploy AI modules in weeks.

+ Want to explore first? Start with Discovery Lite to validate opportunities across 1-2 workflows.

+ Ready to scale? Full AI Roadmap maps your entire operation with sequenced deployment and ROI modeling.

Many clients deploy a few agents, let them prove value, then return for a comprehensive roadmap. No rigid process. Just practical outcomes.
