🧘♂️ Eric Lopez

Eric Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles in the field of software engineering. 🧘‍♂️ Eric is currently employed at Geckoboard as a Software Engineer, starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at InVision as a Software Engineer from August 2018 to September 2020. During their time at InVision, Eric gained valuable experience working remotely and across different time zones, which helped him develop a strong sense of accountability and collaboration.

Before InVision, Eric worked at Typeform.com as a Software Engineer from November 2015 to July 2018. This role provided him with numerous growth opportunities and allowed him to make a significant impact in various areas of engineering. Prior to Typeform.com, Eric served as a Lecturer at La Salle Campus Barcelona from April 2015 to May 2016. In this role, they taught the subject of testing and honed their communication and public speaking skills.

Eric's work experience also includes a role as a Software Engineer at Uvinum from November 2014 to November 2015. During their tenure, they focused on improving the scalability and maintainability of the e-commerce platform. Additionally, Eric served as the VP Education of the Softonic Toastmasters club at Toastmasters International from July 2014 to January 2015. This role enabled him to develop their leadership skills and oversee the educational program and member progress.

Earlier in their career, Eric worked at Softonic as a Software Engineer specializing in high-performance web development. 🧘‍♂️ Eric contributed to the creation of a custom CMS that allowed for efficient content creation and easy adaptability. Prior to Softonic, Eric worked as a Web Developer at inLab FIB from November 2011 to January 2013. In this role, they improved the school's intranet, developed an android app store for students, and laid the groundwork for a new android app connecting teachers and students.

Throughout their work experience, Eric has demonstrated strong technical abilities, a passion for learning, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the field of software engineering.

Eric Lopez attended Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
