Josh Ramirez

Josh Ramirez is a skilled mechanical engineer with comprehensive experience in various engineering roles. Notable positions include Mechanical Engineering Co-Op at IEC Infrared Systems, where Josh designed components for multi-axis positioning systems using Solidworks, and at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where Josh implemented a new DAQ system for temperature gradient analysis. As a Steering Designer at The University of Akron, Josh led a team in designing and manufacturing the steering system for a mini baja off-road vehicle. Currently, Josh serves as a Mechanical Engineer at STERIS, focusing on RD engineering for the steam sterilization department, and transitioned to a Mechanical Engineer role at GED Integrated Solutions. Josh holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and is pursuing dual Master's degrees in Systems and Controls at The University of Akron.
