At Geddion | Care, I help organisations transform the way they think about people, performance, and well-being. My work sits at the intersection of Human Capital Strategy, behaviour science, and digital enablement - ensuring that organisations not only function better, but feel better.

I believe culture is built through habits. When people, processes, and well-being are aligned, organisations unlock sustained performance and reduced burnout. This is rooted in our own developed framework - Mental, Metabolic, and Movement health - and reinforced by Geddion’s holistic human-capital approach that combines strategy, capability building, and behavioural change.

To support this transformation, Geddion | Care partners with HR-ON, a leading Danish HR platform that empowers organisations to manage the entire employee journey digitally and intelligently. HR-ON brings together recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, performance management, well-being insights, and compliance into one seamless ecosystem.

Its strength lies in simplicity: automated workflows, intelligent job postings, streamlined onboarding, employee data management, and built-in tools that save time so HR can focus on what really matters — people. Combined with our human-capital methodologies, it becomes a powerful engine for improving Employee Experience (EX), organisational clarity, and cultural alignment.

My mission is to help organisations build healthier, high-performing workplaces by integrating human-centred strategy with modern HR technology. Whether it’s rethinking HR processes, embedding habit systems that support resilience, or designing value-driven people experiences, Geddion | Care delivers solutions, that are practical, sustainable, and aligned with business growth.

If you’re looking to elevate your HR function, strengthen culture, or build a more engaged workforce, let’s connect.
