Shan Wei

Shan Wei currently serves as the Director of OD/TD/OC at Geek+ since November 2020. Prior to this role, Shan worked as the Head of Organization Development at iKang Healthcare Group Inc from August 2019 to November 2020, and held various positions in HR and talent development at leading firms including 滴滴, Lenovo, Johnson Controls, Astellas Pharma, 阿里巴巴集團, Agilent Technologies, and Emerson Process Management. Shan's educational background includes a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China, completed between 2005 and 2007.
