Xi Chen

Co-Founder & VP, Robots R&D at Geek+

Xi Chen is currently the Co-founder, VP, and head of Robots R&D at Geek+. Prior to Geek+, Chen was with Vecna Technologies from October 2012 to May 2013 as a software/robotics engineer. At Vecna, Chen worked on research and development for patient self service products, logistic robots, and various automation systems. From July 2011 to August 2011, Chen was a research consultant at Hanyang University. From September 2007 to October 2012, Chen worked as a research assistant at the University of Delaware. From January 2006 to December 2007, Chen was a research assistant at Nankai University. In June 2005 to September 2005, Chen was the team lead at Nankai University.

Xi Chen's educational career includes a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, a Certificate in Computational Science and Engineering from the University of Delaware, and a B.E. in Automation from Nankai University.

Xi Chen reports to Yong Zheng, Founder and CEO. They work with Junzhe Yang - VP, China Region & Smart Warehouse, Willa Wang - Chief Human Resources Officer, and Lit Fung - VP, Managing Director APAC, UK and Americas.
