A product can look beautiful and still bleed users on the way to the "buy" button. Fixing that, turning visitors into sign-ups, sign-ups into habits, clicks into revenue, is the work I do.

GEEKVADER is the studio behind Andrei Cucoaneș. The promise is simple: design that performs. The reason I can deliver it is less common, eleven years as an advertising creative, where the entire job was getting people to act, plus seven years in product design, with both running in parallel for a good stretch. So I read the research, the psychology of why people hesitate, and the analytics that show where they slip away, then I design the thing that moves the number.

UX is the engine. Conversion is the destination. Research comes first, always: who's using this, where they fall off, what the business needs to win. Analysis tools (GA4, Hotjar, Contentsquare, and others) do the talking; the design answers back.

Where I can help:

- Conversion optimization (CRO). Funnel analysis, drop-off hunting, A/B test design
- Product & UX design. End to end, from the messy problem to the shipped interface
- UX research. User interviews, usability testing, behavioral analysis
- UX & usability audits. Heuristic reviews that pinpoint where you're losing people
- Landing pages & web design. Built around the click that matters
- Wireframing & prototyping. Fast and testable, before anyone commits to code
- Design systems. Component libraries that keep teams consistent and quick
- UI & visual design. Clean, on-brand, effortless to use
- Brand & identity. Logos and visual identity with advertising-grade craft behind them
- Design leadership. Direction, mentoring, and keeping design honest with product and business goals
If you've got a product that should be converting better than it is, that's exactly the conversation I enjoy.
