Damon Ma is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the TA Head of Sales & Marketing at 吉利控股集团 since July 2021. Previously, Damon held the position of Executive Talent Acquisition Manager at 紫光集团 from August 2018 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Duet Microelectronics LLC and as National Recruitment Manager at Wistron Neweb Corporation, from May 2012 to July 2018. Damon began their career as an Executive Recruiter at Rongsheng Heavy Industries, working from November 2010 to May 2012. Damon holds a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Ocean University of China, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
