Gang Wei

Gang Wei is the Chief Executive Officer of Geely Europe Innovation and Collaboration AB since June 2023 and has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Geely Europe Innovation Center AB at Uni3 by Geely since January 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing full operations and P/L of the campus. Previously, Gang Wei was the Director and Project Executive of the Geely Innovation Center in Europe from July 2018 to December 2020, successfully leading the development of a 100,000 m2 facility with a budget of 350 million USD. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Business Office at CEVT from March 2013 to October 2020, where management responsibilities encompassed PR, communication, and HSSE functions, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, contributing to the rapid growth of the company. Early career experiences include leadership roles at Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC and Shanghai LTI Automobile Components Co. Ltd. with a strong educational background featuring a Master's degree in Management from Durham University and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of East London.
