丁自成

自成 丁 is currently the HR Head of Geely Design at Geely Auto Group. They previously held various HR roles, including HR Manager at 德邦物流股份有限公司 from 2013 to 2016 and HRBP at Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies from 2016 to 2018. 自成 丁 also worked at 吉利控股集团 in several capacities from 2018 to 2022, including Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of OD. They earned a Bachelor's degree in English from 东北大学, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
