Shaohua Yan is an accomplished professional in government affairs and public policy, currently serving as the Director of Government Affairs & Public Policy at Aiways since September 2022. Previously, Shaohua held the position of Government Affairs Manager at 大陆集团 from May 2019 to September 2022 and earlier served as both Government Affairs Manager and International Government Affairs Specialist at Tbea Co., Ltd. between February 2016 and May 2019. Shaohua Yan earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Tianjin Normal University (2008-2012).
