Julia Reiter

Julia Reiter serves as the HMI Chief Designer at Geely Design Global since June 2022 and has been the Founder of Sonderfarbe Verlag since 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Automotive UI/UX Designer and Design System Manager at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles from October 2020 to June 2022, and Principal Automotive UI/UX Designer at BYTON from 2018 to October 2020. Julia Reiter also held the position of Lead Automotive UI/UX Designer at icon incar from 2011 to 2018, a part of Iconmobile Group. Early career experience includes Senior Automotive UI/UX Designer at Uedelhoven GmbH & Co. KG from 2009 to 2011, Senior UI/UX/Editorial Designer/CI/Project Manager at Colorblind in 2009, and Senior UI/UX/Print Designer/Project Manager at Zeixs from 2008 to 2009. Julia Reiter started as a UI/UX Designer/Motion Designer at Grosse8 from 2006 to 2008. Academic achievements include an M-MBA in Leadership from the European Institute of Leadership and Management in 2025, and earlier education at Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd and the Academy for Communication.
