We believe that Jewish stories matter, and that in a world where Jewish voices are often misunderstood or pushed to the margins, publishing is a powerful way to preserve, elevate, and share those voices across generations and borders.

We are committed to strengthening Jewish identity, fostering connection to Israel, and celebrating the diverse experiences of the Jewish people , one book at a time.

We do this by offering high-quality publishing services from our offices in Jerusalem and New York, working closely with authors to bring their work to life. We maintain editorial excellence, personalized marketing, and wide distribution through major retailers and bookstores worldwide. We support our authors with care and integrity, ensuring their message reaches the right audience.

Gefen Publishing House, Ltd. publishes more than 30 original books each year, including Israeli historical novels, Holocaust memoirs, biblical commentary, Jewish philosophy, cookbooks, Haggadot, award-winning children’s books, and more.

Our books are available globally through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Steimatzky, and Jewish bookstores around the world.

We are pluralistic and nondenominational, but deeply rooted in Jewish tradition and committed to sharing authentic, meaningful, and powerful Jewish and Israeli content.

Gefen Publishing House, Ltd. is proud to be a respected voice in the global publishing world, amplifying Jewish stories from Israel to the world.
