Giorgio Metta

He is the Scientific Director of the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia. Graduate in electronic engineer from University of Genova with honors, he obtained a PhD in the same University. He carried out research activity at the University of Leeds, MIT (U.S.A.) and started his academic activity at the University of Genoa from 2005. He is a robotic expert and carries out consultancy activities for the Ministry of Economic Development in the field of artificial intelligence.
