David Lifschitz

David Lifschitz is the current Chief Executive Officer at The Gehr Group. David has held this position since May 2009. Prior to this, they were the EVP Chief Financial Officer at Gehr Industries from January 1995 to May 2009. In this role, they had broad responsibility for the company's fiscal operating results according to financial principles and government regulations. David was also responsible for managing the financial risks for the company and developing, implementing, and overseeing plans and programs related to accounting, finance, audit, and compliance. In addition, they planned and directed new operational procedures to obtain optimum efficiency and reduced costs. David also established an extensive line of credit and directed the receipt, disbursement, and expenditures of money or capital assets. Furthermore, they directed the preparation of all fiscal reports and prepared, presented, and interpreted major reports for senior management.

Before their time at Gehr Industries, David Lifschitz was a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP from July 1986 to September 1995.

David Lifschitz has a MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California and a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. David is also a Certified Public Accountant.
