Brent Jackson is a Senior Manager of Engineering for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) at GEICO, where they lead transformational change and drive IT innovation. Previously, they held various leadership roles at AT&T, including Associate Director of Technology, where they pioneered the establishment of the company’s internal VDI environment, scaling it to support over 85,000 users. Brent focuses on aligning IT strategies with organizational goals, employing critical thinking and emotional intelligence to foster a collaborative team culture. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems at Southern Methodist University.
