Caesar Blue

Caesar Blue has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Agency Owner at GEICO since May 2004. Prior to this role, Caesar owned Blue & Associates Insurance Services from February 1997 to May 2004. Caesar also dedicated 20 years of service in the US Army, achieving the rank of MSG, E-8, before retiring in 1997. Education includes attendance at Liberty University from 1986 to 1993 and studies at Richmond Community College.
