Dan Corridon is currently the Editor of the SILA Best Practices Handbook, a role held since 2014 after retiring from a 42-year career at GEICO, where they served in various capacities, including Licensing Director and Director of Licensing Administration. With extensive experience working with state insurance departments and vendors, Corridon focused on achieving processing economies for both GEICO and the broader industry. In 2012, they held the position of President of the Securities and Insurance Licensing Association (SILA) and remained on its Board of Directors until 2014. Corridon earned a BA in History-Govt Politics from the University of Maryland in 1970.
