Dan Cottner is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of Design for Commercial Experiences and Retain Experience at GEICO since January 2023. Prior to this role, Dan was with Capital One from 2006 to February 2023, advancing through positions such as Sr Director of Enterprise Design and Director of Mobile Design, among others. Dan began the career as a Medical Illustrator at Visual Evidence / E-Discovery LLP from 2001 to 2004. Dan holds a BFA in Medical Illustration from the Cleveland Institute of Art, earned between 1996 and 2001.
