David Azer

David Azer is an accomplished Project Manager and Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile methodologies, currently serving at GEICO since November 2015. At GEICO, David has driven process transformations, managed functional testing workstreams, and implemented process improvements that resulted in significant time savings. Additionally, David has led various teams in the Business Transformation initiative, developing comprehensive testing strategies and facilitating Agile sprint activities. Prior to GEICO, David worked at Deloitte and Accenture in roles that included Project Management Consultant and Security Auditor, contributing to significant financial systems modernizations and documentation improvements. David holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. David's certifications include ITIL, PMP, CSM, and CSPO.
