Erica L. Fields

Erica L. Fields is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and counseling across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Litigation Counsel at GEICO since January 2018, Erica also works as an Attorney at Tenaglia & Hunt, P.A. since November 2014, managing a diverse caseload for major financial institutions and international insurance companies. Previous roles include In House Counsel at Pressler and Pressler, Senior Staff Attorney at Community Health Law Project, and Attorney at Legal Services New Jersey, where Erica litigated in areas such as domestic violence, marital dissolution, consumer cases, and bankruptcy. Experience also includes academic contributions as a Lecturer and Pre-law Advisor at Rutgers College. Erica holds a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law, an MA in Criminal Justice from Boston University, and a BA in English from Rutgers University.
