Grace Sears

Grace Sears is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at GEICO, Grace has held significant roles at Capital One, including Director of Product Management for Enterprise Products & Platforms and Senior Digital Product Manager for both Enterprise Products & Platforms and US Card Acquisitions.
