Jenn Edge

Jenn Edge currently serves as a Senior Manager in Staff Software Engineering at GEICO, overseeing the Claims Financial engineering team responsible for managing over $30 billion in payments. Prior to this role, Jenn held significant positions at Unity, including Senior Engineering Manager for SyncSketch, where a globally distributed team developed a SaaS product that generated over $130K in Annual Recurring Revenue shortly after launch. As a co-founder and Vice President of WATT, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women in tech, Jenn cultivated a community that grew to over 100 members. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Infotech, directing engineering teams for software used in North American transportation agencies, and providing coaching and alignment on product direction. Jenn's career in software engineering began at the Florida Department of Transportation, with a foundational education in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.
