Jim Swing is an experienced communications professional and freelance sportswriter with a diverse background in journalism and editorial management. Currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Channels and Editorial at GEICO since April 2015, Jim has collaborated with senior leadership to create executive messaging for a workforce of over 40,000 associates and provided expertise within the company's People Group focusing on benefits campaigns and policy changes.
