John McCullen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in auto damage appraisal, currently serving as a Senior Auto Damage Appraiser at GEICO since February 1998. McCullen has played a key role in the development of GEICO’s first Repair Express Program in Indiana. Additionally, since May 2018, McCullen has held the position of Grand Knight with the Knights of Columbus. Prior to GEICO, McCullen worked as an HVAC technician at a commercial service and repair company and served in the US Navy as a Machinist Mate from September 1991 to September 1997. McCullen began a career in customer service as a Crew Member at McDonald's from 1988 to July 1991. McCullen is a graduate of Mooresville High School.
