Matt Hauser

Matt Hauser is an experienced insurance professional with a career spanning several decades. Since 2001, Hauser has served as the Owner of the GEICO Local Maryland Office, offering expert guidance on auto and home insurance, aimed at helping clients save money. Prior to this role, Hauser held the position of Distribution Director for Personal Lines at USF&G from 1992 to 1998 and served as Vice President of Marketing at Erie Insurance Group from 1973 to 1989. Hauser has also been recognized as the President of Matthew J. Hauser & Associates, Inc., as part of the GEICO Local Agent network in Maryland. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Gannon University and additional studies at The Ohio State University.
