Michael Magee is currently the Director of Claims Innovation at GEICO, overseeing innovation within claims and shared services. Prior to this role, Michael served as Claims Field Director at Allstate from 2020 and briefly held the position of Director of Innovation & Design in 2024. Their earlier experience includes being the Director of Claims at Esurance from 2007 to 2020 and Region Manager at AIG Insurance from 1999 to 2007. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University and completed a course on Leading with Analytics at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2019.
