Norma Lopez

Norma Lopez currently serves as the Director of Leadership Development at GEICO, where responsibilities include building and implementing a senior leader development program strategy. Prior to this role, Norma held the position of Executive Director, Talent and Culture for Digital Direct (E*Trade) at Morgan Stanley, focusing on engagement and inclusion initiatives, including the creation of a Diversity & Inclusion Council. Previously at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Norma was a Vice President of Learning and Development, managing a client-focused learning business and devising a transformation skills training strategy for over 100,000 global employees. With a solid foundation in developing emerging talent at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Learning Manager, Norma has an extensive background in learning and development. Currently pursuing a Coach Training Intensive at CAPP Institute, Norma also holds a degree from Yale School of Management in Fostering Inclusion and Diversity.
