Randall Mitchell, MBA, possesses extensive experience in claims leadership and continuous process improvement within the insurance industry. At Allstate, from September 2019 to May 2023, Randall held positions including Manager/Sr. Lead Consultant for Lean Process Improvement, overseeing a global team and optimizing enterprise processes for a workforce of 40,000. Other roles included Claim Service Leader and Senior Claim Manager, focusing on enhancing the claims lifecycle and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In March 2025, Randall transitioned to GEICO as Claim Leader, managing a team of Auto Claims Adjusters and driving performance through strategic coaching and effective workload distribution.
