Randy Padora

Randy Padora is an accomplished Corporate DEI Strategist at GEICO, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of DEI learning programs for over 30,000 employees and leading training sessions for staff at all levels. In addition to this role, Randy serves as the National Chair of the PRIDE Employee Resource Group, focusing on enhancing visibility and support for LGBTQ+ employees. Randy's experience also includes a position as Creative and Community Director at 201 Lofthaus, contributing to strategic and creative studio initiatives, as well as prior roles in digital marketing and promotions at Cox Media Group. A graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management, Randy is currently pursuing an MBA in Management at the University of Houston-Victoria.
