Randy Padora is an accomplished Corporate DEI Strategist at GEICO, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of DEI learning programs for over 30,000 employees and leading training sessions for staff at all levels. In addition to this role, Randy serves as the National Chair of the PRIDE Employee Resource Group, focusing on enhancing visibility and support for LGBTQ+ employees.
