Rob Boland

Rob Boland has extensive experience in operations management and retail, currently serving as an Operations Manager at GEICO since May 2010. Boland has held various supervisory roles within GEICO, including Auto Sales Supervisor, Auto Service Supervisor, and Auto Damage Supervisor. Prior to his tenure at GEICO, Boland worked at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. as an Assistant Store Manager and at Famous Footwear as an Associate Manager. Boland began his career at OfficeMax as a Stock Supervisor and worked as a Field Worker at W.S. Johnson Building Company. Rob Boland holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
