Simon Sadiq

Simon Sadiq is an accomplished sourcing and supplier management professional with extensive experience in leading negotiations and establishing sourcing strategies across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of Sourcing at GEICO, Simon has successfully established a sourcing center of excellence, creating essential processes, templates, and competitive bidding requirements. Previously, Simon held key roles at Stand Together, Koch Industries, and Bank of America, where responsibilities included managing nonprofit relationships, negotiating complex IT agreements, and overseeing vendor management for critical and high-risk vendors. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Wichita State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Kansas State University.
