Stephen Agee

Stephen Agee is an accomplished technology procurement manager with extensive experience at GEICO since October 2022 and Capital One since November 1998, where previous roles include Supplier Manager and Technical Product Owner. At Capital One, Stephen has successfully managed multi-million dollar vendor relationships, achieving significant cost savings and avoidance, while ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations. Stephen has also led system integration teams, improved incident management processes, and developed sourcing strategies to meet technical needs. Prior to Capital One, Stephen held programming positions at Circuit City and Syscon Corporation, focusing on full life cycle development for point of sale systems and naval simulation programs. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Messiah University.
