Vincent Chen

Vincent Chen is a seasoned engineering leader with a strategic mindset and a strong background in technology. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at GEICO, Vincent leads teams in developing the next generation of underwriting platforms. Previously, Vincent held key engineering positions at Airbnb, Robinhood, Walmart Labs, Amazon, and HTC, where they successfully grew teams and drove innovative projects in performance marketing, data platforms, and trading infrastructure. With a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Hunan University, Vincent emphasizes creating productive work environments while maintaining a deep technical expertise in distributed systems and data processing.
