Dawn LaPrell has a diverse work experience. Dawn started their career in 2006 as a Project Coordinator at SunGraphix, where they provided technical guidance, coordinated deadlines, and presented new concepts to division management. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as an Office Manager at SunGraphix, supervising customer service and service support teams and acting as a liaison between sales managers and customers. Since 2013, they have been working at Geiger, initially as an Operations Manager, overseeing customer service representatives and inventory specialists. In 2015, they transitioned into a role as a Business Systems Analyst, identifying opportunities for improved processes and evaluating proposals for new systems. Currently, they serve as the Director of Web and Operations at Geiger, where they are responsible for managing operations and leading web-related initiatives.

Dawn LaPrell's education history began in 1997 when they obtained a high school diploma in General Studies from Edward Little High School. Dawn then attended Central Maine Community College, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Technology in 2015. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Maine at Augusta from 2015 to 2021, focusing on Computer Information Systems.

In addition to their formal education, Dawn has also obtained several certifications. In 2011, they became a Master Advertising Specialist through the Promotional Products Association International. In 2015, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, as well as the Continuous Improvement Leader certification from Geiger.
