Jodi Standke

Jodi Standke is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in talent alignment, legal recruiting, and business education. As the Founder of Talon Performance Group, Inc., since 2008, Jodi focuses on aligning internal talent with business strategy to enhance personal fulfillment. Currently, Jodi serves as an Instructor for the CEO Now program, facilitating business growth for established owners, and as an Advisory Board Member for Geisel Software, Inc. Previously held the position of Managing Partner at Sanford Rose Associates International, Inc. and taught the StreetWise MBA program through Interise. Jodi's extensive experience includes leadership roles in both corporate and nonprofit sectors, and a commitment to governance and community service demonstrated through board memberships, including the Minnesota Zoo. Jodi holds a B.S. in Legal Studies/Paralegal from Winona State University.
