Reenu John is an experienced design strategist and leader specializing in experience design and innovation within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Experience Design & Strategy Lead at Geisinger since May 2021, Reenu previously held the role of Senior Design Strategist & Product Lead at DentaQuest from September 2017 to May 2021. Prior experiences include Interaction Designer at CAST, Design Researcher at Philips Health Systems North America and Sylver Consulting, as well as roles in textile design and product development from 2004 to 2007. Reenu holds a Master of Design in Design & Strategy from the Institute of Design, a Post Graduate Diploma from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi, and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from the University of Madras.
