Based on our expertise on how people think, learn, and interact “in the wild”, our work harmonize human and technological capabilities with organizational requirements under operational conditions, to facilitate improved performance and safety through analysis, research, innovation, testing, and training.

Our services and capabilities take a solid stance in an applied and multi-disciplinary approach based on practical scientific expertise addressing key aspects such as human-system interaction, human-automation teaming, user interfaces, decision support systems, artificial intelligence, and training effectiveness – often facilitated by capabilities in our user-centric innovation lab utilizing simulations, prototypes, and supporting tools for analysis, visualization, and debriefing.

Since our foundation in 2013, based on experience from research and innovation under the Swedish Ministry of Defence, we have established a solid position as a specialised, independent, and trusted customer friend with a global reputation and clients from Europe, Asia, and USA. Many clients, though not all, represent organisations that operate, or provide systems that operate, under conditions such as:

Complex, operational environments
Specialised, high-performing individuals, teams, and organisations
”Fielded” systems with advanced, integrated technology and information dense contexts
Dynamic workload under high-stake conditions
