We help companies on three types of engagements in the plastics and textile industries:

1) Innovation and R&D Management - We help companies align their technology with their business goals, making sure that the technical team can serve both explicit and implicit customer needs at the right time. We look at your technical organization holistically evaluating the people, technology, and process for areas of improvement.

2) Product development - Our technical capabilities can augment your team with expertise in plastics and textiles at the basic R&D level, all the way to application development and sustainable solutions. We have both in house and partner organizations to get the testing you need to appropriately evaluate your application.

3) Sourcing and manufacturing optimization - Our experience in commercializing products from early stage R&D can help evaluate manufacturing scale-up issues including troubleshooting, yield improvement, and vendor evaluation.

Some of the recent projects we have worked on include:
- Technical due diligence for investors evaluating an injection molding company.
- Vendor sourcing for reshoring domestic supply chain.
- Voice of the customer acquisition and analysis for major worldwide chemical company.
- Product development for medical nanocomposite.
- Building pitch deck for startup technology looking for investors.

In-house capabilities:
- Tensile testing
- 3D printing (FDM/SLA)
- Small prototype manufacturing
- Heated press
- Small filament extruder (prototyping formulations for FDM 3D printers, *coming soon*)

Partner capabilities:
- NMR
- FTIR
