Erwin Schuster

Erwin Schuster has a diverse background in engineering, business development, and innovation management. They began their career as an Apprentice at Diehl Metering from 1997 to 2001, and later held various roles at companies such as Hydrometer GmbH and GEKA GmbH, culminating in positions as Head of Business Segment New Markets and APAC, and Head of Innovation Beauty. After serving as a Quality Manager at acad group GmbH, Erwin is currently the Director of Development & Innovation of Application Systems at HCP Global Cosmetics Packaging. They earned a Diploma of Education in Engineering and Business Administration from Hochschule Ansbach - University of Applied Sciences between 2003 and 2007.
