GelatoLove is a gelato and dessert company founded in 2015 in Carlsbad, California. At GelatoLove we blend the authentic art of homemade gelato making with a growing passion for the finest quality dessert foods made with local, natural, and organic ingredients. Our offerings are designed with the clear intent to make people feel better from the moment they walk in.

We are cutting-edge in food innovation and we are proud to offer a delicious dessert that is also low in sugar. GelatoLove is the first company in the world that started using a revolutionary low-calorie sugar, found in fruits like kiwis and figs. The name of this amazing product is Allulose and it is a completely plant-based product. Allulose is scientifically proven to improve sugar metabolism in your body.

The combination of traditional Italian gelato recipes with the ‘California’ devotion to healthy, fresh and local ingredients tackles one of the most common concerns linked to dessert happiness and a healthy lifestyle. Our work through the years was recently recognized with the Trip Advisor Travel Choice Award. This means GelatoLove is rated among the top 10% of restaurants worldwide, and the #1 dessert spot in Carlsbad.
