Gelinaz! does worldwide events where improvisational food is at play. It takes place several times a year, in the most bustling and creative places in the world.

Gelinaz! challenges the most cutting-edge chefs to create away from the rush of daily routine and question full frontal the future of food.

Gelinaz! welcomes the audience within the performance. Dive into a unique and inclusive experience where food and art dialogue together. Take part of a holistic gig orchestrated by one of the most influential master of ceremonies of today’s cuisine: Andrea Petrini.
