Rebecca Mini

Rebecca Mini is a seasoned professional in innovation management with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Manager at GELLIFY since April 2018, Rebecca has previously held positions ranging from Innovation Manager to Innovation Consultant within the same company. Additionally, Rebecca contributes to academia as a lecturer at Bologna Business School since 2019 and has lectured at Confindustria Forlì-Cesena Business Academy from 2020 to 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Product Manager at Marposs, where responsibility encompassed managing Tool Probing Systems and coordinating product development. Early career experiences also include internships at Admenta Italia S.p.A. and Electrolux. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Management Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
