Assaf Frances

Assaf Frances currently serves as the Head of Growth at Gelt since July 2024. Prior to this role, Assaf held significant positions at Zencity, where responsibilities included directing marketing and partnerships from February 2019 to June 2024 and managing urban policy initiatives. Assaf's experience includes serving as Program Manager for Bloomberg Philanthropies' i-team in the Municipality of Tel Aviv-Yafo, focusing on budget management and attention to detail from April 2015 to February 2019. Assaf also contributed to Nesta as an Innovation Lab Project Manager and worked within the Municipality of Tel Aviv Jaffa as a Civic Engagement Officer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Urban Studies/Affairs from UCL and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Urban Studies/Affairs from Tel Aviv University. Skills encompass marketing strategy, content marketing, field marketing, and various other competencies related to urban innovation and civic engagement.
