Jay Ripley

Jay Ripley has extensive experience in investment management and financial analysis. At GEM, Jay served as Partner and Co-Head of Investments from July 2020 to February 2023 and is currently the Head of Investments and Deputy Managing Partner. Prior to this, Jay held the position of Vice President at Stone Point Capital from August 2008 to January 2014 and worked as an Analyst at Wachovia Securities, focusing on insurance M&A and capital raising from 2006 to 2008. Early career experience includes an internship at Houlihan Lokey in 2005. Jay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, completed in 2006.
