Charles E. Caldwell

Charles Caldwell is the current CEO of GEM Analytics. Charles has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership roles. Prior to their current position, they served as the CEO of NextQuarter LLC from January 1999 to January 2008. While at NextQuarter, Caldwell developed unique insight, tools, and analytics for executives in order to leverage strategic technologies and enhance performance. Charles also created business cases and return-on-investment models that impact business reporting, digital asset management, governance/compliance, risk and reputation management, and knowledge worker productivity.

From September 1997 to June 2004, Caldwell was a partner at GISTICS. In this role, they supported their long-term partner Michael Moon in building Transmedia Storytelling, Branding, and Digital Asset Management markets. Charles was also responsible for creating next practices and services needs to create value and satisfaction for these markets.

Caldwell began their career in April 1984 as the Director of Business Development for Corporate Technology Information Services (CorpTech). In this role, they were responsible for developing CorpTech's business strategy and increasing its market share. Charles held this position until April 1987 when they became a partner at Global Competitiveness. As a partner at Global Competitiveness, Caldwell was responsible for developing and implementing the company's business strategy. Charles held this position until February 1993 when they returned to CorpTech as the Director of Business Development.

Charles E. Caldwell received their Bachelor's Degree in Geography & Architecture from the University of Vermont. Charles then went on to Penn State University to study Architectural Engineering. After completing their education, Charles E. Caldwell received certification from the State of New Hampshire Insurance Department in Producer License - Accident, Health & Life Insurance.
