Andrew Hahn

Andrew Hahn is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Head of Design at Gem since October 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew held various leadership positions at DoorDash from June 2021 to October 2025, including Head of Design for Ads & Promos and Customer Experience & Integrity. Andrew's background includes serving as Manager of Product Design at DocuSign, where significant contributions were made to the integration of SpringCM into DocuSign's ecosystem. Andrew also worked as Head of Design at SpringCM, leading a dedicated team of designers and researchers. Previous experience includes roles in product management and design at Prognos Health, BluePegg, UniversityNow, and Apple. Andrew holds a BA in International Relations from the University of California, Davis, and an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University.
