Katia Lisk

Katia Lisk has a varied work experience. In their most recent position as a People Operations Generalist at Gem, they are responsible for HR-related tasks. Prior to that, they served on the Board of Directors for Fosters and Paws, a non-profit dog rescue organization. At Newfront Insurance, they worked as a People Operations Generalist and People Coordinator, handling various HR duties. Katia also had experience as an Office Manager at both Newfront Insurance and Wish, where they organized events, managed office vendors, and ensured efficiency in facilities. Additionally, they worked as a Gymnastics Coach and Special Events Coordinator at California Sports Center, where they planned and executed recreational summer camps and birthday parties.

Katia Lisk attended San Jose State University from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing. In May 2020, they obtained the Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
