Shar is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Commercial Customer Success Manager at Gem since May 2024, Shar previously held the role of Account Manager at Position Green and Senior Customer Success Manager at Adthena, where involvement ended due to tech layoffs in February 2023. Shar's experience also includes positions at Hitwise, AMC Networks, NET-A-PORTER, Ralph Lauren, and SUNY Oneonta, where responsibilities ranged from customer engagement to managing media campaigns and student records.
